Customer cancellation

• 72+ hours before departure: 100% refund of amounts paid, or free reschedule.
• 24–72 hours before departure: the booking deposit is retained, but may be converted once into a reschedule credit valid for 12 months, subject to availability.
• Less than 24 hours / no-show: amounts paid are non-refundable.

Weather or operator cancellation

The skipper decides whether conditions are safe. If Marbella Strike cancels before departure because of unsafe weather, mechanical unavailability or another operator-side issue, the customer may choose a full refund of amounts paid or a free reschedule.

Changes while underway

Weather can change quickly. The skipper may change the fishing area, method or route for safety. If a trip must be materially shortened after departure for an operator-side mechanical issue, an appropriate partial refund or credit will be assessed fairly. Normal changes in fishing conditions do not constitute cancellation.

Late arrival

Customer lateness normally reduces fishing time because the boat may have another departure or marina restrictions. Contact us immediately if you expect to be late.
