Charter terms

1. Booking contract
A booking is confirmed when Marbella Strike accepts the reservation and the required deposit has been successfully paid. The booking is for the named trip, date, departure time and private group shown in the confirmation.
2. Price and payment
Website prices are stated in euros for the private boat. Unless expressly stated otherwise, published charter prices include the skipper, fuel for the booked trip, standard fishing equipment and bait, water/soft drinks, and Spanish VAT. Online bookings require a 30% deposit. The remaining balance is due as stated in the booking confirmation.
3. Passenger numbers
The number of passengers may never exceed the vessel's certified commercial capacity or any lower limit set by the skipper for safety or operating reasons. The website's guest selector will be updated to match the final certified capacity before paid operation.
4. Safety and skipper authority
The skipper has final authority over departure, route, fishing method, sea area, return time and any safety decision. Unsafe, abusive or illegal conduct can result in the trip ending without entitlement to compensation.
5. Fishing
Catches are not guaranteed. All fishing is subject to current licences, closed seasons, quotas, minimum sizes, protected species rules and any other applicable requirements. Regulated species are only targeted when lawful.

7. Specific-date leisure service
A charter is a leisure service booked for a specific date or period. Spanish consumer law contains an exception from the general distance-contract withdrawal right for services related to leisure activities where the contract provides a specific date or period of performance. This does not affect the contractual cancellation rights we expressly give you.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Customers must follow safety instructions and disclose relevant circumstances that could materially affect safe participation.
